Out with the Old…In with the New:
Texas Fertility Center Launches
New "Authority" Web Site
Austin, Texas – May 31, 2010
– For over 25 years, Texas Fertility Center (TFC) has created hope for couples struggling with infertility. Serving Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas, TFC has provided comprehensive, compassionate care, offering options such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI) and ovulation induction, as well as donor sperm and eggs, so that patients can realize their dreams of starting families. To continue providing the highest quality care, TFC has launched a totally new web site.
Employing a new, high-tech design, and the TFC web site will offer more extensive features, including videos of the doctors, a library of infertility-related topics, and a section devoted exclusively to mind and body wellness. Visitors to the site will also find detailed sections about the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of infertility.
"We want this site to educate our prospective and current patients, as well as serve as a resource for all topics related to infertility," stated Dr. Kaylen Silverberg, Medical Director of TFC. "As couples deal with the questions, issues, and emotions that arise from infertility treatment, we want them to have access to useful, accurate information."
Dr. Thomas Vaughn opened Texas Fertility Center, the first private Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility practice in Texas, in 1980, with an emphasis on infertility diagnosis, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), recurrent miscarriage, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery. Dr. Kaylen Silverberg joined the practice in 1994, and Dr. Lisa Hansard became a member of the group in 1996. In 2007, the practice welcomed Dr. Natalie Burger, and Dr. Rinku Mehta will join the practice later this month.
"Over 10,000 babies have been welcomed into the world since TFC began," explained Dr. Vaughn. "Our team continues to stay on the cutting edge of infertility diagnosis and treatment. We want to help as many families as possible through assisted reproduction, donor services, reproductive surgeries, fertility treatments, and total fertility care."
