Our fertility clinic team members believe in the power of community, and neighbors helping neighbors. As professionals, we provide effective fertility treatment for individuals and couples; as caring and involved members of the community, we actively participate in volunteer opportunities and outreach programs that help others.

Watch for news of TFC in the Community on our website, in blog posts and in local newspapers. The great causes we support center on the fertility community, and expand to include men, women and children in need around Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio and beyond.

From insurance reform that addresses the cost of fertility treatment, to public awareness campaigns, the Fertility Foundation represents your interests, and supports your resolve to start a family. We also provide resources to educate and uplift our TFC patients throughout their treatment, and offer ways to connect with others struggling with infertility.

Read more about Words of Hope, an outreach effort that gives voice to men and women in our Austin, Round Rock and San Antonio fertility clinics who are experiencing the roller coaster ride of infertility. Supporting individuals and couples in their quest to become parents very often leads us to happy endings. TFC celebrates each of our pregnancies, and the babies (now over 25,000 and counting) that you bring home with an annual TFC Baby Reunion. Our fun family event continues to grow, and we hope to add you to the guest list in the coming years.

If you live in Round Rock, Austin, New Braunfels or San Antonio

You will find TFC in the Community, working side by side with our neighbors to support non-profit organizations that make a real and lasting difference. Read more about our ongoing commitment to the Komen Austin Race for the Cure, the Junior League of Austin’s Christmas Affair, SafePlace Austin and Toys for Tots San Antonio. Our fertility clinic staff supports these great causes with financial assistance and sponsorships, as well as countless volunteer hours.

If you live in the United States and are interested in advocating for fertility coverage and awareness

TFC physicians are active not only in our local communities, but also on a state and national level as well. We actively lobby for legislative reform that will make it easier for men and women to pursue and afford fertility treatment. For example, our fertility specialists played an integral role in the passage of Texas’ sperm donation, egg donation and embryo donation laws, and they are currently working to garner bi-partisan support in Washington D.C. for the Fertility Family Act and annually attend Resolve’s Advocacy Day in Wshington D.C.. You can rest assured that they will continue to speak out on issues related to fertility.
