The Texas Fertility Center strongly supports the Family Act of 2011, as we believe that couples who are pursuing fertility treatment in order to have a family should receive the same tax benefits as those couples who elect to grow their families through adoption. Infertility treatment is stressful - emotionally, physically, and financially - and any help that our patients can receive that makes this process less so can have a tremendous benefit.
