Making Your New Patient Appointment
Appointments for office visits can be made by calling (512) 451-0149. We see patients for office visits on an appointment basis only. Please call in advance and discuss your situation with our clinical staff so that we may reserve the best time for you. Once your new patient appointment is made, you will be sent an information packet that contains forms that will need to be completed and returned to our office before your scheduled appointment.
We appreciate your efforts to arrive promptly for appointments. In the event that you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, please call to let us know so that we may adjust our schedule accordingly. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule your appointment. We understand that your time is valuable. However, please understand that medical emergencies may arise that occasionally cause unforeseen delays or even make it necessary to reschedule your appointment. If we do anticipate a delay, we will inform you prior to the time of your appointment whenever possible. You are always welcome to call our office to make sure that your physician will be on time for your appointment.
