Christi is a native Austinite with over 25 years
experience in healthcare administration. She
graduated from Southwest Texas State University with
a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1988. She
has been a part of the Texas Fertility team since
2007.

Wendy has been a part of the Texas Fertility Center team since 1998 and has worked in women’s health for close to 20 years. She is married and has one son who attends St. Edward’s University. Wendy has lived in Austin since 1992 and as our Physician and Patient Liaison is committed to increasing community awareness of infertility and fertility preservation.
Our Patient Accounts Representatives are
available to answer questions related to our
financial policy, associated fees, and insurance
coverage questions. All matters regarding finances
should be directed to our Patient Accounts

Front Office Department
Our front office is comprised of several team
members, all of whom are dedicated to providing
accurate information and support to our patients.
Our Front Office Receptionist will greet
all patients and make sure the information on file
is accurate and current.
Our Referral and Authorization Coordinators
will obtain the necessary pre-certifications and
authorizations for treatment procedures and
medications as required by insurance. They also
ensure patients have been cleared for office visits
by maintaining referral records and notifying
patients when a referral is required. All questions
regarding authorizations and referrals can be
directed to our coordinators at (512)451-0149 option
#8.
Our New Patient Coordinators will work
closely with the patient to complete the
registration process for their initial appointment
at Texas Fertility Center. The coordinators will
confirm insurance coverage and provide an estimated
cost for the initial visit. Questions can be

Our Medical Records Clerk will help
process any requests for medical records. All
requests will be processed within fifteen (15)
business days after receipt of a proper written
request. Questions or requests can be directed to

Donor Financial Services
Our Donor Financial Counselor will meet with all
intended parents regarding fees associated with a
Third Party Reproduction Cycle. She will verify
insurance benefits and coordinate services provided
by all ancillary service providers.
