A native of Dallas, Texas, Dr. Vaughn received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at
Austin. He completed his medical school training and
residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the
University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston,
Texas. He attended Duke University Medical Center in
Durham, North Carolina, for his fellowship in
Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. Dr. Vaughn
was a founder of Austin's only In Vitro
Fertilization Program at St. David's Hospital and
has served as the President of Medical Staff at
Seton Hospital. Dr. Vaughn is Board Certified in
both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive
Endocrinology & Infertility.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, he received his

completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at
Vanderbilt University Medical Center and his
infertility fellowship at the University of Texas
Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Silverberg
is actively involved in infertility research and has
published extensively in the infertility literature.
He was recently honored by the American Fertility
Association with the Family Building Award, and he
is recognized annually by the Best Doctors in
America. Dr. Silverberg is Board Certified in both
Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive
Endocrinology.
Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Dr. Hansard attended
undergraduate college and medical school at Texas
A&M University. She completed her residency in
Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Texas
Health Science Center in San Antonio and her
fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology
and Infertility at Duke University Medical Center in
Durham, North Carolina. While at Duke, she received
the Outstanding Fellow Research Award for her
investigation of growth factors and their potential
role in embryo implantation. Dr. Hansard is Board
Certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and
Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Dr. Burger received her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a minor in Mathematics. She attended medical school at Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Vermont. She also received her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Vermont. Dr. Burger is Board Certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. She has special interests in hysteroscopic surgery, ovulation induction, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and recurrent pregnancy loss. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas/Southwestern. She has been voted as one of America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists for multiple years and as one of the Best Doctor's in Americarecently. In 2011, Dr. Burger was the program director for The Southwest Fertility Forum, which is a conferencedesigned to provide reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, IVF lab professionals, ob/gyns and nursing providers with information on the latest clinical and laboratory advances in reproductive medicine and infertility.
With more than a decade of experience in resolving infertility, Dr. Summer James directs clinical care at Texas Fertility Center-San Antonio. Board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology /Infertility, Dr. James brings her patients compassionate care coupled with innovative approaches to solving the most complex infertility cases.
Dr. James’ award winning research and published work reflects her passion for the successful treatment of infertility; particularly in the areas of ovarian dysfunction, polycystic ovarian syndrome and minimally invasive fertility surgery. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio Northern University, and earned her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
Dr. James performed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Akron General Medical Center where she served as Academic Chief Resident. She subsequently performed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston before transitioning into private practice.
Dr. James maintains membership in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society.
